Areas of work

I work privately as a therapist with individuals and couples. I have worked for Relate, in secondary schools, for the counselling service Mosaic and for CRUSE the bereavement charity.

I support clients across all issues such as depression and anxiety, bereavement, communications, conflict, divorce, estrangement, sexuality and identity, childhood trauma, boarding school syndrome, eating disorders, relationship challenges, resilience, identity, being in the public eye, midlife, impact of menopause and much more.

I am an integrative therapist and qualified in Gestalt, Person Centred and Systemic techniques.

What it means to be part of the BACP

As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I offer relationship counselling and psychotherapy, using BACP accredited theory and within their ethical framework. I work using an integrative model which draws on psychodynamic, systemic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) theoretical approaches.

My life before counselling

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Marketing professional for 20 years.
